  • We'll meet bi-weekly or weekly to build sustainable habits, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate progress. Sessions are YOUR time—we'll focus on what you need most.

  • You're never alone. Email me questions, share wins, ask for guidance—I'm here to support you every step of the way.
