My journey into health and wellness began in 2018 when I was diagnosed with cancer at just 30 years old.

At the time, I considered myself “healthy”, but my diagnosis forced me to take a hard look at my daily habits and the choices I was making; not just in terms of diet or exercise, but across all areas of my life.

This wake up call led me down a path of deep exploration. I evaluated everything: what I was eating, how I was moving my body, the products I was putting on my skin and using in my home, how much I was sleeping and how I was managing (or not managing) stress. I began making intentional changes, focusing on nutrient-dense whole foods, building consistent movement into my routine, simplifying and detoxifying my personal care and household products, prioritizing rest and finding tools that helped me cope with emotional and mental stress.

It wasn’t an overnight transformation, but over time, I fell in love with this more conscious way of living. Since then, I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful these changes can be and how much they can impact not just physical health, but overall well-being.

Today, I’m a wife, proud mom of two incredible girls & surgical menopause thriver, living a life filled with purpose, joy and intention. My personal goals focus on preventing chronic disease, reducing future cancer risk, embracing longevity and most importantly, feeling good in my body while cultivating true happiness.

In 2023, I earned my Health & Wellness Coaching Certification from Emory University, and in 2024, became a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

I’m passionate about helping others experience that same sense of empowerment and healing I have through building sustainable habits & mindful lifestyle shifts. I look forward to getting to know you!

What is NBC-HWC & why is it important?

A circular badge with a dark blue background and white text, reading 'National Board Certified Healthcare & Wellness Coach' and 'NBC-HWC' in the center, decorated with a border of stylized leaves.

NBC-HWC stands for National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach—a credential awarded by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) in collaboration with the National Board of Medical Examiners.

This certification ensures that a coach has met rigorous standards in training, practical experience, and ethics. It also means they’ve passed a nationally recognized board exam and are committed to evidence-based practices and professional development.

Choosing an NBC-HWC means you're working with a qualified coach who’s trained to support real, sustainable behavior change—so you can trust the guidance you’re receiving is both credible and effective.
